Today is just one of those poop up your back twice and spit up all over days, ya know. Man, I am just t.i.r.e.d. today. And, on top of it, I locked myself out of my house (yes, in cold cold Logan with my little man) and I kicked one of my little brats out of my ballet class tonight because she was laughing out loud and rolling her eyes like nobody's business... SO ANNOYING! But, tomorrow will be a great day- a few of my friends I used to work with are coming over with all their babies for lunch- I need some social interaction desperately...
Here is what we've been up to lately...
~My adorable little nephew, McKay, turned 1! He is SO cute and such a happy little guy! The first birthday is always so fun when they cake themselves in cake! It was funny becuase when McKay was getting all messy his cute older brother Dylan (3) was really concerned that he was getting so dirty and making such a mess. I have THE CUTTEST nephews in the whole world!
~Jackson went through a "I need my mama 24-7" phase... cute, but exhausting...Because of it we've been spending a lot of time doing this...
~Then, Jackson turned 4 months!!! Yes, I wrote a letter to Father Time and told him to put the brakes on his speedy time machine because once again, I can't believe how fast time is flying!
Jackson had to go to his 4 month check up and he had quiet the growth spirt- yahoo!
HEIGHT: 25 inches (58%)
WEIGHT: 15 lb. 12 oz. (72%)
HEAD: 40.5 cm (13%)
I am so happy that he is getting taller, I mean, his papa is 6'4" so hopefully (I pray every night) that he gets those tall Hyde genes! I am most surprised that Jackson's head is so "small." I don't think he looks like he has a small head at all, but o well, he sure is DANG CUTE!
Chubby Legs got shot!
~Then, this last weekend my mom, sister, aunt and cousin decided to run the St. George Marathon so me and Jackson tagged along and had a great time. A road trip with a 4 month old was a new experience for me... You can only imagine how it was. Jacks really did do a good job and slept in the car a lot when it was his nap time, but sometimes he didn't and it literally gave me a stomach ache- I HATE when his schedule gets messed up because I am a psychotic nazi about it...
Binki and Finger in mouth, ready to go!
Chillin' at the Condo...
My mom after her run- she's so awesome!
Jackson and Emily...
Matching grey shirts and black sweats for the ride home...
I had to throw this picture in, not because Jackson is wearing an awesome Rolling Stones shirt (you're welcome Grandpa Ned), but because can you see our little hidden accident...all day long...
Tomorrow, please be sweet to me... LOVE YA!

I Feel Special...
This little jacket, hanging by the doorway... makes me feel special...
This binki, in my purse... makes me feel special...
When I am holding Jackson in sacrament and he starts smiling and laughing at the couple behind us, that makes me feel special... mostly because I used to be the person sitting behind the cute babies at church and now I have one of my very own cute babies.
Adorable Story: So lately Jackson has found his voice and my little man just talks and talks all day. At church on Sunday when we started singing the first hymn, so did he! He hadn't made a peep before that and as soon as everyone started singing so did he, it was SO cute! And, tonight when I was singing to him he popped his binki out and started singing with me! It seriously metls my heart!
Jackson is SO funny- he loves his hands in his mouth...
ONE
TWO
THREE
I have always loved Jackson (obviously), but I am really just falling in love with him more and more everyday. We have this gorgeous big picture of the Temple on our wall and Jackson was looking at it a little bit ago and I was telling him all about the Temple and how he'd get to go there one day before he goes on his mission and yep, you guessed it- I started crying! I can't imagine not seeing my baby for 1 day- how could I do 2 years?!?!?
And, my cute friend Whitney put this song on her blog called Never Grow Up by Taylor Swift and yep, you guessed it, I cry literally everytime I hear it! This song makes me want to just snuggle my baby all day long (I do anyways), but seriously makes me realize how tiny and precious this time in my life and Jackson's life is. I honestly would do anything for my baby boy and I hope he will always know that!
Here is the cutest video you'll ever see- it'll probably win an award soon... Don't laugh at me in the background- if you have kids you know you do anything and everything to get them to laugh and if you don't have kids, you just wait- you'll sound like an idiot in the back ground of all your videos too, I'm sure of it!
Go ahead, watch it again- I know you want to- I won't judge you...
I thank the Lord everyday for giving me the privilege to be his mother and know that it truely is the most amazing blessing in the world!
I hope you all have a great week, if you watch Jackson's video I'm positive you will!
LOVE YA!
